These terms cover the use of this website. Engagements for design, development, marketing or product licensing are governed by the separate written agreement signed for that engagement, which prevails over anything on this page.
Quotes and estimates
Prices shown on product pages are indicative starting points. A binding quote is issued only after a discovery session and is valid for thirty days from its date.
Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this website belong to us. Our product platforms are licensed, not sold; the licence terms are set out in each product agreement. Work delivered under a client engagement transfers to the client on final payment, as set out in that engagement's contract.
Availability
We work hard to keep this site and our platforms available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access. Service levels for licensed products are defined in their support agreements.
Liability
Nothing on this website constitutes professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for anything arising from use of this website is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Algerian law, and the courts of Algiers have exclusive jurisdiction.
